Message dated March 9 was read stating the Governor read the                                                                    
following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                          
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
          SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 6 Opposing a rule                                                                               
          proposed by the Transportation Security                                                                               
          Administration that would require certain security                                                                    
          measures under a Large Aircraft Security Program                                                                      
          for general aviation and commercial aircraft with a
